The Data-to-Instruction Literacy Lab Summer Cohort is a premium 6-week literacy implementation cohort designed to help K–2 educators turn end-of-year literacy data into responsive instruction and actionable literacy plans before September begins.

This is a high-support coaching and implementation experience where educators actively build:

  • Focus: Analyze end-of-year literacy data to identify instructional priorities and students needing support.

This is a live, small cohort and collaborative experience. Only 10 educators will be accepted to ensure personalized coaching, productive collaboration, targeted feedback, and implementation support.
